Cancellation Policy

Video Consultation Availability Please note that if you don't see any available times above, it means I am currently at full capacity and not able to take on new couples. If you're able to/willing to wait 3-4 weeks for a video consultation, please email me to inquire about getting on my waitlist at monica@burfordtherapy.com Credit Card on File Please note that I require a valid credit card to be kept on file prior to our initial session. Your card will be processed after each session for the full session fee unless another payment arrangement has been made in advance. Cancellations & Rescheduling Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, 24 hours’ notice is required. You will receive more information in my practice policy forms once we get started. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time and the full fee will apply.
