My Therapy Approach

I bring a warm, direct, and structured clinical style to the virtual space, ensuring online sessions remain focused and deeply connected. By integrating the Gottman Method and TEAM-CBT frameworks, I facilitate relationship repair with the same rigor and resonance as in-person care. Please note that to ensure the highest quality of care and safety, I do not work with cases of infidelity or with couples where there is active substance dependence by one of the partners.

A research-based approach that provides practical tools to manage conflict, enhance friendship, and create shared meaning. It helps couples replace negative interaction patterns with healthy communication rituals.

Bridge that gap by focusing on what actually happens in real conversations between you and your partner
